1 - Design and survey
It all starts with a precise survey and custom design. The dimensions, slopes, loads, and technical details are defined, along with the choice of wood type (glulam or solid) and the most suitable finishes.

2 - Preparation of the supporting structure
We proceed with the laying of the main beams (usually laminated or solid wood beams), which form the roof's load-bearing framework. They are fixed to the walls or rest on reinforced concrete curbs, with careful attention to stability and alignment.

3 - Installation of secondary beams and purlins
Once the main beams are in place, the secondary beams (purlins, crossbeams, and struts) are installed, which distribute the load and define the geometry of the roof. This phase forms the structural foundation of the roof.

4 - Laying the planks
