STRUCTURAL PANELS

CLT panels, more commonly known as XLAM, composed of multiple layers of boards crossed perpendicularly and glued using formaldehyde-free polyurethane glues.

Available in stock: 5-layer fir Xlam CLT panels, width 125 cm, thickness 10 cm.

We make custom cuts with a numerical control system.

1) OSB panels
OSB panel, abbreviation for Oriented Strand Board, made up of wooden “slats” (long, narrow chips) that are arranged in various layers, glued and pressed, in order to obtain a compact and resistant panel.

2) Plywood
Panels made of layers of wood glued together with woven fibers. This technique gives the panel greater mechanical resistance, excellent flexibility, lightness and better performance in areas subject to humidity.

3) Single layer of fir
Panel made of solid fir wood strips glued side by side.

4) Layered
AB quality fir layered panel made up of three layers of solid wood overlapped with orthogonal fibres for excellent resistance in multiple directions.

5) Armor panels
Formwork panels, generally called “armor panels” are made of three layers of fir glued together in a waterproof manner.

6) MDF panels
MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) is a very resistant panel composed of wood fibres pressed with glues and resins at high temperatures. Material available to order.

7) Spruce deck boards
